Non-Hosting Declaration

ZenFlix does not store any files on our server. We function strictly as a media indexing service and search engine. All media content displayed on our platform is hosted on external, 3rd party services that are entirely independent of ZenFlix.

Because ZenFlix does not have any control over the content hosted on these external servers, we do not have the technical capacity to remove copyrighted material from the internet. We can only remove the links to that material from our website.

Takedown Requests

ZenFlix respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you are a copyright owner and believe that a link on our platform points to content that infringes upon your rights, you may request the removal of that specific link from our index.

To be effective, your notice must include:

• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (the specific ZenFlix URL).
• Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address.
