Why do I see popups or redirects while watching?
We wish we could skip the ads too :) Since some of our players are managed externally by third-party providers, popups may appear occasionally when you interact with the player. This is how the providers support their servers. If a popup opens, simply close it and return to the ZenFlix tab – your movie will be ready to play!
How do I change the video quality?
Most players (like ZenFlix Prime) automatically adjust the quality based on your internet connection. However, you can manually change it by clicking the 'Gear' or 'Settings' icon in the bottom right corner of the video player.
The video is buffering or slow, what should I do?
If you experience buffering, try switching to a different server. We provide multiple options like 'ZenFlix Prime' and 'ZenFlix Alpha'. Usually, switching servers resolves most speed issues. Also, ensure your internet connection is stable.
Are there subtitles available?
Yes! Most content comes with built-in multi-language subtitles. You can enable them by clicking the 'CC' or 'Subtitles' icon in the player controls. For Anime, we offer both Subbed and Dubbed versions through specialized servers.
Can I watch ZenFlix on my phone or TV?
